Odin MEMBERSHIP
We offer membership to any individual who pays its current subscription feeas out on our website.
The subscription fee is a one off payment upon joining our website.
Please note we do not accept cash payments of any kind.
We do not offer refunds given our exclusive educational content andservices are provided immediately upon signing up.
We reserve the right to change our fees from time to time at ourdiscretion. If we terminate your Membership because you have breached theseTerms of Service, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unusedportion of subscription fees. Likewise, if you terminate membership ofOdin Capital MB you shall not be entitled to any refund ofyour subscription fee.
If you are a member, you may review, update, amend or delete information onyour account by logging into your account.
KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS SAFE
You must keep your user identification code, password or any other piece ofinformation used for our security procedures as confidential and not sharethe same with any third party.

We may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. If yourmembership is terminated for any reason these Terms will remain in effect.

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governedby Lithuania law. You and we both agree that the courts of Lithuania willhave exclusive jurisdiction.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Odin Capital MB, itsofficers and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, ordemand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to orarising out of use of the Services in violation of these Terms and/orarising from a breach of these Terms and/or if any Content that Usersupload or post on the app or website or through the Services causesOdin Capital MB to be liable to a third party.
